Happy Birthday Diane

Tomorrow July 27th is my best friend and the most wonderful women I know Birthday. She thinks that she is getting older but I just think its like a bottle of fine wine she just gets better with age. I love her very much and want celebrate many more birthdays with her. Tomorrow is her day. I love you Diane

Busy two Weeks

Sorry hat I have not posted for a bit but since we have gotten back from Amsterdam. I have been so busy the last few weeks and it wont stop till after July 4th. Lets see starting from last Saturday, I did a concert for Jadon Lavik, then the next day had another show with Israel Houghton, then Monday thru Thursday at Saddleback Church Worship Conf. , then Friday,Saturday & Sunday up in LA for the Somebody Loves You Crusade. 

Then Monday have to load a truck so it can leave for Florida for Fox for a show that shoots July 5th thru the 7th. I am glad to have all this work but I am tired

Amsterdam Here We Come

Well we leave at 6am tomorrow from LAX and have a four hour layover in DC then another 7 hours to London and then another hour and a half from there we will be in Amsterdam. Really looking forward to this trip. Yes it is short but will be fun. Diane has never been to Amsterdam and she is looking forward to seeing the museums and a windmill. 

Enchantment Resort Get Away

So Diane and I are half way through our 4 night get away at this beautiful resort tucked way back in a canyon in Sedona AZ. We are surrounded on 3 side by huge walls of red rock that turn different shade of red depending on the time of day. The resort is very relaxing and very quiet which is so awesome. There are 400 people here but it seems like about 30. As you walk around the resort it almost seems like we are the only ones here,

We have had great meals and a lot of relaxing and recharging which is so awesome. I have gotten a couple of massages and today after brunch I get a facial. But I think the best part has been getting to spend time with the CFO of Powers Audio and the mother of my two great kids.

But before you go saying that sounds so nice just getting to relax, we do have to have a company meeting with the Board members for Powers Audio and set plans for this next year for the company.

I hate those kind of meetings usually but this one will be great as Diane and I are the board and most likely this meeting will be held near a pool so that after a few hours of planning we can have some pool time.

Go Blue

Just laying here watching the Dodgers win another game. They have won 11 of the last 14 games. That put's them only 3 games behind the Arizona Diamondbacks. I have been a Dodger fan since I was a little tike. I think I was in 4th grade when I went to my 1st game. Thru good and bad I still have been a fan.

Just like life the Dodgers have gone thru lot's changes, some good some bad but they still press on for the goal. Their goal is to win a World Series. Our goal is to lead others to everlasting life. We will go thru good and bad but we most keep pressing for the goal.

Amsterdam not Paris

So it looks like we will be going to see the Tulips instead of going to France. Should be fun lots do do in Amsterdam. Gonna go see Anne Franks has and have dinner on a river cruise and the rest we are still deciding what to do.

Morning World

It is a beautiful day getting up today seeing the sun coming up the birds singing outside our window. These are some of the many reasons I love living behind the Orange Curtain. I have a friend who is moving to Grand Rapids Michigan. I keep asking him if he is sure that he will be able to deal with the cold snowy winters? He says sure no problem. Don't get me wrong I like the snow but not to live in, having to shovel the walk, scrape the ice off your car and all the other fun stuff you have to deal with.
