Morning World

It is a beautiful day getting up today seeing the sun coming up the birds singing outside our window. These are some of the many reasons I love living behind the Orange Curtain. I have a friend who is moving to Grand Rapids Michigan. I keep asking him if he is sure that he will be able to deal with the cold snowy winters? He says sure no problem. Don't get me wrong I like the snow but not to live in, having to shovel the walk, scrape the ice off your car and all the other fun stuff you have to deal with.

I am Back I think

I will do my best to post more then every three month. It is amazing how life and work gets in the way of doing the things we like to do. My folks are going to Europe for a trip with their church in June. This will be the first time they have ever gone overseas and most likely the last, but I think it's great that they are doing it. Diane and I were just talking about how life is too short not to do some things that are fun. Yes, I know that we all have to work and live within our means, but I do feel like you need to do the fun things in life and splurge once and awhile. 

Going on a couple of trips

So Diane and I are going on a couple of trips over the next couple of months. The 1st trip is to Sedona, Arizona for the Powers Audio business meeting. Then the next weekend we are having lunch in Paris , France that is. We are going to fly to London then take the train over to Paris for lunch and maybe dinner then back over to London and fly home at noon on Monday, Memorial Day. By the way I have the world's greatest wife. 

I thank God everyday that we met and we get to spend the rest of our life's together. 

My Life

Wow it has been awhile since I posted just seems like life has been moving and I am not always sure if I want to move where its taking me. I have just been trying to keep work coming in so we can pay the bills. God has answered our prayers as I just picked up a 2 1/2 week job in Las Vegas which will help Powers Audio greatly which will also help the family. Thank you Lord

But it also means that I will be gone for almost 3 weeks so the wife will be having fun with the kids well not to sure if fun is the right word

Love the Weather

It feels like summer outside. After church we drove down by the pier and lots of people at the beach. Perfect day just to hang out watch football and relax

Altitude Sickness

WOW!!!! 

I have never thought I was going to die before but over Christmas I did. I do not remember too much until the paramedics took out into the very cols air to put me in the ambulance. I was very out of it is all I remember. Not being able to talk or stand. My head hurt like it has never hurt before and I hope to never have it hurt like that again. 

I know that it interrupted Diane's skiing but I can't say how much I appreciate her staying with me the 1st night in the hospital. She rocks!!!!!!
